Travelled across Canada, USA, France, New Zealand, Mexico, Jamaica, Cayman Isles and to Cape Scott!
Pursuits, apart from cooking, are walking, gardening, sewing and writing.
Writing includes family biography "The House that Jack & Peg Built", newspaper articles, poems, short stories, special-occasion speeches and now this nearly-world-famous cookbook "Impossible Pie"
